The brand’s signature Bosster Lobster Roll sees toasted brioche buns stuffed with truffle mayonnaise dressed Boston lobster and prawns, garlic chive herb crumbs and a crustacean oil enriched with the essence of roasted prawns.

Move over Philly Cheese Steak! Wagyu Want is here to stay. Diced slow cooked 36 hour short ribs find happy friends, sauteed with sweet onions and green chilli. Generously stuffed into butter basted brioche buns and slathered with an aromatic spiced cheddar and pepperjack cheese sauce.

Dooda’s Hero Iberico proves a modern take on a bánh mì sandwich with 4 hr soy braised Iberico pork jowl and a rich, black pepper chicken giblet spread. Finished with sweet hoisin tahini, fresh coriander and julienned daikon and carrot, pickled in white wine vinegar and Japanese plum.

Taking inspiration from the famous Chilli Crab, the brand’s Captain Clawsome consists of Jumbo lump crab and Japanese crab sticks cooked with an umami-rich roasted prawn head butter before being stuffed into a savoury chilli crab sauce laced brioche bun and topped with homemade egg floss.

Even non-vegetarians will love the Truffle Trouble; Sauteed hon shimeji mushrooms are piled high onto a golden fried Tindle katsu and finished with a flourish of black truffle mayo.
